I honestly wasn’t looking forward to fishing. But I really had a good time. The boat was very clean and Captain Frank and crew were awesome! We reeled in 15 Tuna and a sailfish. We did a half day and that was plenty of time. Highly recommend the charter company. They are excellent in communicating.
Our crew (Captain Frank, Luis & Leandro) were amazing!! They immediately put us on yellow & black fin tuna and I closed the day with a sailfish! This was my first deep sea fishing trip and would totally do it again!
A great experience! It was actually my first time fishing for Mahi, I had a fantastic time, and the service from Jonathan and his team was excellent!
They made the experience even more enjoyable!

Tamarindo area is the place to go fishing in Costa Rica. It has a 36-ft Carolina Classic fishing boat which can carry 7 people. It is ideal when in a family or a group of friends and when one wants to have a good time on the water.
Carolina Classic is equipped with protective equipment such as life jackets, first aid kits, and radios that ensure your safety. It also has fun extras. You would have the chance to relax under the sun in the large deck or have a cool shower in the cabin.
The Carolina Classic is special in that it has an experienced crew. They are quite familiar with the waters around the area and hence you have the best opportunity to fish big fish. The crew provides you with the required equipment and advice in case you are a professional or a novice.
Many fish such as tuna, mahi-mahi and marlin can be found on the Carolina Classic. You can be sightseeing in Tamarindo when you are not fishing. There are dolphins, sea turtles and other sea creatures.
