It was fantastic! Captain Danny did a great job finding the fish and teaching us how to catch them. All of the other boats were following us as we were finding the fish first.
Daniel and his crew were amazing! Helped my 9 yr old son and 11 ye old daughter reel in some large Yellowtail Tuna and a Wahoo! Great guide, highly recommend!

When you would like to have a vacation that is a mixture of the beauty of nature and fishing adventure, Tamarindo, Costa Rica is the place to visit. You are able to reserve a fishing excursion on the Maria Jose, a 27ft Super Panga, operated by a friendly captain, Daniel and his wife.
It is utilized by serious fishers and the casual ones. The boat can carry a maximum of four individuals hence you can have ample time to rest and fish. It has navigation electronics, a cooler, and snorkeling equipment and you are ready to have your fun day on the water.
Trolling and fishing of Barracuda, Marlin, Sailfish, Tuna, Amberjack and other big fish can be done deep in the sea. In case you want to be closer to the shore, you can target Roosterfish, Cubera Snapper, Mackerel, and others. Captain Daniel is familiar with the region, thus he is able to show you where to go to get the kind of fish you desire.
The fun continues. The Maria Jose also has a mangrove tour conducted by local guides and where you can see crocodiles, howler monkeys, tropical birds and other wildlife. To have a close encounter with marine life, make a snorkeling tour at one of the best places in Costa Rica. You can have a look at manta rays, butterfly fish, angelfish and turtles and this is a memorable experience.
