We book offshore fishing with Jeremy Checa on the Satisfaction, the mates were Jr. Smith and Pepe. We could not have asked for a better experience. We had great fishing, and good food. Take a trip out on the clear waters of Herradura and experience the fish of Hooked Up Sportfishing Costa Rica. There are numerous varieties of fish that are found in the ocean such as Cero Mackerel, Red Grouper, Roosterfish, Sailfish, Black Marlin, Striped Marlin, Blue Marlin, Cubera Snapper, Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, and many others based on the day. You are either a troller or a fisher on the bottom and you have two options, light or heavy.
The vessel you are going to use is a 30-foot Bertram. It has the capacity of carrying six individuals. It is fitted with good features like outriggers, downriggers, and a fighting chair to make the fishing easier. The board also has a toilet.
We provide you with all fishing equipment you require: the rods, reels, tackle and lures. Live bait is available. You may even catch your own bait–that is a good place to begin. This is a rest and excitement trip whether you are an experienced fisherman or new.
