About the Tamarindo Fishing Charter

• Sea Cruz, 35 ft. Cabo Express
• 6 anglers max.
• 2025 Repowered with brand new Cummins 6CTA 430 hp engines and ZF Transmissions (860hp)
• Services: Snacks, fruits, soda/pop, water, juice, beer, lunch. You are welcome to bring a small cooler, drinks or food if you wish.
• Full bathroom, Fighting chair, Spacious cabin, Tower, Ice box, Bluetooth speakers.
• Electronics: Fish finder, GPS, Depth Sounder, Bird radar, VHF radio.
• Equipment: Shimano reels, wide variety of terminal tackle, Rupp triple spreader aluminum outriggers and center rigger, electric reels for dredges.
• Tuna tubes, Live well, Safety equipment
• Bilingual Crew

The pick-up place is at the beach, at El Chiringuito Restaurant, at 7:00 AM. A water taxi will take you to the fishing charter. Google Maps Link

About the Accommodation

You will stay in one of the condos at Ibis Resort, a gated condo building that consists of ten units on three floors and is located at the edge of a natural reserve.

Our standard 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo comfortably hosts up to 6 guests, with sleeping arrangements as follows:

• Master Bedroom: King-size bed.
• Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed.
• Living Room: Sofa bed.

Ibis #5 is located on the second floor and it is the one in the photos below, depending on occupancy you may stay in a similar unit. Our units feature:

• Bright and breezy indoor and outdoor common areas.
• The kitchen is fully equipped.
• Full en-suite baths in each of the two luxury bedrooms.
• Teak ceilings and woodwork, travertine floors, and custom Costa Rican furniture.
• Central air, high speed WiFi, cable television, an in-home laundry facility, and gated parking beside the building.
• Meals not included.

As an Ibis guest, you will enjoy full membership at the Langosta Beach Club just across the street from your door. The exclusive Club features a fitness center, a Pilates and yoga studio, a French restaurant, a bar with a spectacular ocean view, and an infinity pool.

➡️ The Langosta Beach Club has direct access to Tamarindo Beach, from there you walk north for 5 mins until you arrive to El Chiringuito Restaurant which is pick-up place. A water taxi will take you to the fishing charter.

About the Shuttle of Liberia (LIR) Airport

• Round-trip service. The driver will be waiting for you at the Liberia (LIR) Airport and is going to pick you up at the condo for your departure.
• Private van.
• Clean, Comfortable and Air-conditioned.
• Experienced, professional driver, helpful and ready to answer any questions that you may have.
• You can ask him to stop to buy groceries, have lunch or go to the drugstore if you need to. If you do so please be mindful to reward the driver for his kindness.

What to Bring to the Fishing Trips

• Sportfishing shirts. Let us know in the comments section if you would like to include in your package our Official CR Fishing Charters Sportfishing Shirts.
• Cash for local expenses and tips.
• Sunscreen, prescription medication, polarized sun glasses, cap/hat, light clothing.
• Sea sickness medication. The closest drugstore from the condo is 10 min walk (half mile).
